Got this myself on my phone, and it just rejected to update. Right here's what worked for me.

Edit: this seems to be an issue that Facebook recognize. It's a concern with the Facebook application, and also not a generalised Play Store issue.

This is what helped me at the very least.

  1. Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store, Clear information and also Clear cache

  2. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Provider > Manage area, Clear all data and Clear cache


It does not injured if you restart your phone before you try updating facebook again. And also, the set up was SLOW. Simply at the very least 4-5 minutes. However, it did work. Otherwise attempt to uninstall it, or just wait on a solution.
