Step 1: Touch the 3 straight lines in the bottom-right edge of the display.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap "Settings.".

Step 3: Tap "Account Settings.".

Step 4: Tap "Video Clips and Photos.".

Tip 5: Tap the toggles beside "Submit HD" to have the Facebook app upload video clips and pictures in HD moving forward (the toggles will turn green). Note: You can turn on just one toggle, or both, relying on your choice. You can also transform these toggles off at a later time if you intend to save data.
