Step 1: Touch the 3 straight lines in the bottom-right edge of the display.

Step 2: Scroll down and also touch "Setups.".

Step 3: Faucet "Account Settings.".

Step 4: Tap "Video Clips and also Photos.".

Tip 5: Tap the toggles alongside "Post HD" to have the Facebook app upload videos and images in HD going forward (the toggles will turn green). Note: You can turn on just one toggle, or both, depending on your preference. You can also turn these toggles off at a later time if you want to save information.
