I Updated Facebook and now It Won't Work | New 2019

Got this myself on my phone, and also it just refused to update. Below's what worked for me.

Edit: this appears to be a concern that Facebook recognize. It's a problem with the Facebook application, and also not a generalised Play Shop issue.

This is what benefited me at the very least.

  1. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Store, Clear information and also Clear cache

  2. Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Solutions > Manage area, Clear all data and also Clear cache


It does not injured if you reactivate your phone before you attempt updating facebook again. And also, the install was SLOW. Just at least 4-5 minutes. However, it did job. If not attempt to uninstall it, or just wait for a fix.
